Main Street Enid hosts downtown events throughout the year including Jazz Stroll, a free music festival which features local and regional bands around the square. In October we have Oktoberfest, of course! Enid Lights Up the Plains kicks off the Christmas season the day after Thanks-giving—come enjoy the lights, live entertainment, Santa, fireworks, and carriage rides. First Friday, which features live music ,shopping and dining on the first Friday of the month.

Main Street is a nation-wide non-profit organization. Enid became a Main Street community in 1994 and a Great American Main Street Award Winner in 2001. Through re-vitalization efforts, Main Street Enid seeks to promote the quality of life in Enid by strengthening the Downtown as the center of the community.
